This is a fairly predictable reaction from Grace anytime we try to do anything out of the ordinary, she is never satisfied with the project, always thinking it should have been bigger and better. Here she is ignoring me. I was trying to get her to take a picture with the Easter eggs that she painted but she refuses because she didn't get to paint the last egg exactly how she wanted to because we had to leave to go to our friend's house for an Easter egg hunt. We were already late. As you can see, Grace was trying not to smile at one point but got herself back under control and ended with a sufficiently nasty look (yes she is snarling at me). She finished it off by hiding so I couldn't take her picture with her eggs.

Ah, the joys of motherhood. Been there, living that. At least she knows what she wants, right? LOL
I just thought of her dating. This may be a good thing. "No. I will not go on a date with you. You didn't ask me the way you were supposed to." Heehee start enforcing those fairy tales now and you'll be set. LOL
I loved this post. So, so, so cute. Everyone has pictures of their kids smiling and being happy, but I think the ones with them acting like real children are the best. I'm going to keep my camera ready for our next meltdown. The only question is, will it be Justin, Ryan, Joshua or all of the above.
This must be a Mordecai trait!!! Josh acts the same way when things don't go his way. Remember all the family pictures? There is no way it could come from me. Ha Ha
I know, I can't immagine that she inherits it from me either. Just like Scout couldn't possible get her sensitivity to your socks not being on strait from me.
