Abi

Abi cracks me up lately. Today she came in eating a candy cane. I asked her if she wanted to go eat a pickle with Scout and Grace. She said "But I'm eating a dirty candy cane."

Why are you eating a dirty candy cane?

"Because I like eating them."

Ok

"Just forget about it." She throws it in the bathroom garbage and starts singing "I broke it, ah ah ah ah ah." Then she asks Scout and Grace if she can have a pickle.

The Ultrasound

We went to the ultrasound today. . . It's a Boy! Jared is really excited. I think the ultrasound tech lady was more excited then I was. The girls were all there and she was worried about it being a girl and us being mad. She said she has had people storm out after finding out the gender. I think that is why they do the measurements before they tell you. For us it was obvious it was a boy when she was doing the measurements. She scanned past it and I went "Ope" and she said "You saw that then?" and went back and tagged it. She gave us a ton of pictures along with a dvd. Usually we have only been given 3 or 4 pictures. She gave us 16 and about 5 of them are "boy" pictures. When she was cutting them apart she said to hide them so no one sees she gave us that many or she could get in trouble.

Hodads

If you are in San Diego, you really should try this restaurant. It's 3 miles from Sea World and has the best burgers on the planet, their onion rings are really good too, better then the fries. The neighborhood is a bit, um, well, how should I say it? A good representation of the neighborhood is the fact that there is a "Tobacco: Pipes and Accessories" store right across the street, and a lot of people who frequent those stores milling about. It doesn't feel dangerous, just a little sketchy.

They have a dine in but it's not really little kid friendly and Jared's a little scared of the owner, not the type of person to complain about your order to. The burgers are awesome. We will be going there every time we go to Sea World from now on. It was by far the best thing we ate on our whole trip.

I love the slogans they have.

"Under 99 billion served" "Open 24 hours (just not in a row)"
"If God hadn't intended for us to eat animals, he wouldn't have made them out of meat."

Short Summary of Our Trip

Lots of driving
Grace throws up at Disneyland the first day we are there
We have fun the whole week at Disneyland, Huntington Beach, and Sea World
Drive to Vegas to Alisha's
Abi throws up 5 minutes after we get there
We have fun with Alisha's family
Drive home

I'm beginning to think, maybe throwing up is just a part of being at Disneyland. So far Grace, Abi, and I all have new outfits from Disneyland because of puking incidents. We joked with Scout that she just needs to throw up on herself and Jared. Then we would all have Disneyland outfits.

Will You Post Already?

I keep clicking on my blog waiting for a post to appear about Disneyland and it hasn't happened. Very frustrating. Couldn't someone else do that for me?
